we want to inform you that the law n. 196/03 protects the person and other subject about the treatment of personal information. About this AXA MC society declares:

1. the personal information that we receive will be treated for administrative and book-keeping purposes, and for obligation of the law they will be treated by electronic and papery instruments;

2. the personal information will be comunicated only for the purpose we said before; it is also allowed the comuniocation of this personal information to other people in the cases which the law provides;

3. the treatment of personal information is essential to enjoy of our services;

4. by the law this treatement will be made basing on the principles of honesty, and by respecting your rights. By the article 7 of this law you can always ask information about the existence or not of your personal information, the comunication of these information, and you can ask the deletion of your information, and also the modification of these information.
